Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Soft Tissue Therapy

The human body is incredible, the aim and purpose of SO Therapy has always been to help improve the lives of others. Massage techniques such as lymphatic Drainage and soft tissue and fascia release are incredibly powerful when performed with the right intent and skill set. As a therapist of 9 years, I continue to refine my skills and learn how to assess and work with each and every 'body' that I have the honour of working with. I am in my fourth year at McTimoney College of Chiropractic where I continue to train to be a Doctor of Chiropractic. Undoubtedly this enables another level of understanding and respect for human life. Each and every one of you is unique in so many ways, I plan your treatment for you only and every treatment is tailored for you and how your body is functioning in that given moment.
